• Our team, dedicated to providing a seamless experience, will manage the ride coordination, bookings, and payments behind the scenes.

• Full payment must be made in advance through our secure online payment system before the scheduled ride.

• Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including ride details and a unique identification code.

Ride Coordination:

• Our expert team will meticulously match rides based on proximity and shared routes to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.

• While we strive to accommodate specific requests, changes may be limited based on operational feasibility.

Safety and Communication:

• Our chauffeur-driven vehicles are operated by trained professionals to guarantee your child's safety and comfort.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled ride will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled ride will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows:

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their children are ready for pick-up at the agreed time. Delays may impact the overall schedule.

• A no-show fee will be applied if the child is not ready for pick-up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.

Vehicle Condition:

• Our vehicles will be clean, well-maintained, and fully fueled upon pick-up. Parents are required to return the vehicle in the same condition.

• Toll Gates and Additional Charges:

• Toll gate charges during the ride will be borne by Carisma School Pick Up Service.

• Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times or if the ride duration exceeds the initially booked period.
