TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All our vehicles are Chauffeur driven.

Our range of vehicles includes Toyota Quantums, Toyota Prados, Rosa Buses, Toyota Allions & Light Trucks.

*NOTE: Ensure that bookings are made 24 Hours prior to hire to allow for enough time for preparation.

Silver Chariot Limited will not be held liable to any delays on delivery of vehicles if 24 hours prior notice is not given.

Full payment to be made on the estimated charge before release of vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are driver inclusive.

For Hires outside Lusaka if client requires a one day hire or it’s a drop off out of town or pick up out of town if the clients’ destination is more than 2 hours and 30 minutes away from Lusaka client will be charged for an extra day to allow the vehicle to travel to the destination and return to Lusaka the following day as it now required by law for vehicles not to drive at night during long distance journeys.

Please note all charges for the hire of a truck are calulated on per trip basis.

Vehicles delivered late by client e.g. past the agreed duration of the hire will incur extra charges.

Please note our vehicles will be given to client on a full tank and must be returned to the company on a full tank at the end of the hire, unless otherwise agreed.

Toll gates are on client’s expense for out of town journeys.

If the driver is required to spend the night the drivers accommodation and food are on client’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Out of town hires must be three days our more, we do not accept hires out of town that are less than three days. 

Vehicles will not be released on hire earlier than 5am, unless otherwise agreed.

Hires will not be accepted later than 5pm unless otherwise agreed.
